We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic and collaborative Advertising team and help redefine the advertising space for eBay and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create tools and experiences that enable sellers to drive sales velocity
  • Understand and synthesize customer and business needs from market research, customer insights, and business data to inform and drive product strategy and roadmap
  • Define key objectives, metrics and success criteria to guide and prioritize your projects
  • Closely collaborate with the engineering team, using agile methodologies to plan and execute your projects
  • Partner with designers and iterate on the most powerful user experience to help drive seller adoption
  • Partner with analytics, marketing, and cross functional partner teams to define, validate, build and launch your projects
  • 3+ years of product management experience working on user facing products
  • Proven track record of driving from ideation to launch of impactful products
  • Experience in Digital Advertising. Advantage for eCommerce background
  • Proven experience building great user experiences across web and mobile devices
  • Design skills to come up with innovative and creative solutions with passion for excellent user experiences
  • Capability to work independently and drive projects with many moving parts
  • Exceptional communication and influence skills
  • Effective in data driven decision making, with a "get it done" attitude
  • Resourcefulness, modesty, and desire to collaborate, learn and guide.
  • BA/BS degree ideally in quantitative, technical area. MS/MBA preferred (but not necessary).
